Returns

 

Due to the personalised nature of our products we are unable to offer returns. All of our products are made with love and care, however, should there be a mistake on our part with the spelling or personalisation or a faulty product, we will be happy to replace your purchase for you. In the case of a faulty product, we will require it to be returned to us for further inspection.

If you would prefer, we are happy to send your purchase directly to the recipient, with a personalised gift message. Please specify this at the checkout. Invoices or prices are not included in your delivered item.
